Terms of service
➕Our items are 100% wood- painted/ engraved and stained. Because our items are 100% wood - each frame will differ in how the wood will take the stain. We don’t do anything to hide the natural imperfections of the wood. Our items also don’t include hangers.
➕ All orders have a 10-14 Business Day turnaround time from the date the order is paid- unless otherwise stated in post description. Please see additional close dates below - and any and all questions need to be directed to the our email at moderndesign75103@gmail.com
➕Turnaround Time— Our current turnaround is 10-14 business days.
Please Adjust turnaround time accordingly. If you need something sooner- we do try and accommodate- but please let us know the date it’s needed. Things do happen that can delay us- so please be patient. (Turn around does not include weekends or holidays or close dates)- we are not Amazon or a big box store. These items are HANDMADE - so please keep this in mind.
➕We don’t offer refunds/returns. All items a customer custom made and designed

➕Items porch pickup- Buyer will receive a message once the item is completed and ready for porch pickup once completed.
➕Please understand once packages are picked up by USPS or UPS shipping times are out of my control and there may be delays (due to holidays, weather, Covid, etc.). This is not our responsibility if shipped on time but does not arrive at the expected arrival date. We can only assure you of the date we ship it by, not the date of arrival.
➕DAMAGES/CLAIMS - Any items damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery and accompanied by a photograph of the damaged item and the shipping supplies (this will be used for insurance purposes for a refund). Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. A new item will not be sent or a refund given until a photo is received of the broken items as well as the shipping material.
